The city's fee schedule dated May 26, 2026 prices a residential roof permit at a flat $125, including one inspection. The November 2025 schedule had no separate roof fee, so the flat fee is new. The city says it shares its building services with Mundy Township. If you are inside the city limits, compare the permit line on any roof estimate with that flat $125.
